The destruction to their 13 years of relationship occurred when Tara’s husband Peter was found to be engaged in an affair with their LHHNY co-star Amy Buddafly.

The couple had not only had an affair but also had a secret wedding. Moreover, Gunz and Buddafly also shared two children from their marriage, which left Tara astounded.

In 2016, Tara became pregnant again and gave birth to her third son Gunner with Gunz. But instead of good wishes, she was greeted with people bashing her about being overweight. But she is a very strong-headed woman and didn’t let the harsh comments affect her. In an interview with VH1, she stated that:

I’m a regular woman and this is real life and that’s okay.

Amina also shared how Peter supported her during this hour:

People body bashing you is just so disgusting to me because you have three children and I think you look really good and I hope that, that’s not affecting you or you believe that because you look really good.

The child was the fifth one for Peter, who has two daughters from Amina along with other two sons from Tara, whose custody he shares with her.
