American reality television personality Darrell Sheets is renowned as the former cast of A&E's reality television series Storage Wars. He was commonly known as the 'Gambler of the Show' due to his strong personality and executioner attitude during bidding.

Over the years, the 63-year-old reality star has also made the headlines because of his personal life. More precisely, in 2016, when he reportedly had a divorce from his wife, Kimber Wuerfel.

Rekindled with Allegedly Divorced Wife

Sheets is presently enjoying his love life with his allegedly divorced wife, Wuerfel. The love birds are usually spotted together on the Storage Wars star's Instagram.

On his birthday this year, on May 13, the reality star shared a series of pictures with Wuerfel, a real estate agent from Orange County.

In his Instagram post, he thanked her for a beautiful birthday surprise and stated that he loved her.

Earlier on March 11, 2021, Sheets posted the couple's picture on Instagram, marking their 10th dating anniversary.

"Just a couple of kids happy to be together #10yearanniversrythismonth," he captioned the post. "...wish I could tell you all what we’ve been up to."

The power couple had started dating in 2011 after they first saw each other while driving in separate lanes on a highway in California. Sheets reportedly following her and gave her his number. Luckily, Wuerfel called him, and after that, their love story began.

Sheets and Wuerfel got engaged within a year of dating in March 2012.

Although they never officially confirmed their married, they allegedly took wedding vows somewhere between 2012 and 2016.

Several internet outlets, including Looper, claim that the couple separated in 2016, which led him to experience over 100-pound weight loss.

Wuefel Had Motivated Him with Weight Loss

Speaking to PRNewswire in June 2014, the treasure hunter talked about his realization to lose a significant amount of weight immediately to stay healthy.

"My joints hurt. My body hurt. I was tired of exercise with no results," he said. "Plus, I had to get away from eating cheeseburgers and making bad choices on the set, Nutrisystem was the easy answer."

But all thanks to Nutrisystem and his wife, Wuefel, who motivated and helped him with weight loss.

He further stated that his wife motivated him to start Nutrisystem, transforming his body from 315lbs to 197lbs. He also thanks Wuefel for her love, care, and support during the weight loss routine that worked for him.

Briefly Engaged to Romney Snyder

After his alleged split with his wife Wuerfel, Sheets got engaged to Romney Snyder, the co-founder of HiCaliber Horse Rescue.

He revealed that he was engaged to Snyder through Instagram on December 21, 2016.

Snyder's bio states that she is the mother of three "fost-adopted special needs boys" — and amongst the three, two lives with her, and one, sadly passed away.

Their engagement never turned into marriage, and they disappeared from each other's life slowly.

Has Son from the Previous Relationship

Sheets is a father to his son Brandon Sheets, whom he gave birth to with his former partner.

The reality star welcomed his only child before he met Wuerfel.

Brandon, who also appeared in the show Storage Wars, is a married man. He has a daughter and a son with his wife.
