Scott Conant's Career: L'Impero, Scarpetta, Red Rock
Celebrity chef, restaurateur, and cookbook Scott started the first steps of his career as an intern in the famous New York City restaurant, San Domenico.
After that, he spent a year in Munich, Germany to master the art of Pastry at the Hotel Bayerischer Hof. He returned to San Domenico and started working as a sous chef.
He commenced his career in a restaurant as a chef in Manhattan's Il Toscanaccio restaurant in 1995. Later he also became the executive chef at City Eatery in New York City.

As in November 2018, following the opening of his restaurant Red Rock Casino, Resort & Spa, Scott Conant invited his old friend Aaron Sanchez, who does Masterchef, into the kitchen of his restaurant, Masso Osteria, to collaborate on a special four-course dinner.
Marking about the re-unition, Scott expressed his desire to spend time with him and cook with him. Sanchez also made sure he was looking forward to coming into Scott's kitchen.
And as expected, the duo eventually made one beautiful night together on 13 November with their exaggerating cooking skills.
The evening began with a signature cocktail and a selection of canapes by Conant, which was followed by Sanchez, who then provided the first and third courses. Conant handled the second course and dessert.
As everyone might have expected, Conant’s dishes showed off his Italian roots, and Sanchez added a lot of Mexican flavors onto it.

Scott, born on 19 February 1971, was raised by his American father and Italian mother. As a kid, Scott felt like he had a perfect balance between different cooking styles.
He learned many of his skills from his family and started taking cooking classes from a very young age of 11. He also has two siblings, which he mentioned on Instagram on 11 April 2018.
Later he joined the W.F. Kaynor Technical High School and then attended the Culinary Institute of America.

However, their marriage ended in divorce after their relationship took an ugly turn. Not only did Scott divorced from his wife, but he also had to do away with his partnership at Alto and L’Impero in 2007.
The stress between them reached the peak point, with both the former partners were suing each other for a hefty sum of money during the year 2007.

Scott got married to a pet-accessory mogul, Meltem Bozkurt in Turkey in 2007 soon after his divorce with the professional partner, Chris. The couple shares two daughters, Ayla Sophia Reina, born on 8 February 2010, and Karya Eva Maria, born on 19 September 2012.
Scott has adequate support not only from his family but also from his wife, Meltem Bozkurt’s family. Back in 2015, he visited the family of Meltem in Turkey. Scott learned the Turkish style of fish grilling from her mother.
Every year they gather together in the Aegean resort region of white villas and enjoy the grilled fish served by Scott. His strong bond with his family has proved his divorce rumors as a bad recipe, which sparked because of his previous split with his business partner.
