American footballer Calais Campbell was the happiest man on Earth when he and his wife Rocio Shebatu Campbell became parents to a little Campbell in May 2020.

His happiness sees no bound as it seems like their son has taken to baseball like a duck to water.

The sportsman and his gorgeous wife were blessed with a baby boy on May 5, 2020, in their San Marco Condominium.

The couple made sure not to know the gender of the baby until birth. In an interview with Jackson Ville, Rocio said that she didn't see the baby right away but saw Campbell was thrilled and excited.

Afterward, the doctors put the baby in her chest, and then they knew it was a baby boy.

Campbell junior, named Dakari Calais Campbell, doubled his father's joy when the new dad found out they had a son.

Witnessing the birth, the coming of life, was incredible. Knowing it was a boy was the cherry on top. I was ecstatic.

As the NFL player entered fatherhood, it seems like he wants to give his son some football lessons as soon as possible!

In one of his Instagram posts shared on February 9, 2021, the adorable Dakari was seen with a mini-football in his hand. The photo was captioned, "I think we might have a QB on our hands!!! Holding the ball like a natural!"

Even his fans were convinced with his caption and filled the comment section with all their love and support. While one comment read, "First-round pick in the 2042 draft!" another user commented, "Born player! Just perfect hold."

Calais Campbell Married His Wife Rocio in 2017

Campbell married his girlfriend after dating her for a long time. The pair exchanged vows on July 8, 2017, in Princeville Resort and had their wedding on a beach.

Rocio took to Instagram to announce her wedding with her longtime partner. 

On July 15, 2017, she posted a picture where she and her spouse flaunted their wedding rings. "Mr. and Mrs. Campbell," she wrote in the caption. 

Two months later, she shared a wedding picture with her fans and followers.   

While the athlete was wearing a dark grey suit, his better half looked beautiful in a white wedding gown and veil with a beach backdrop.

In the caption, Rocio called Campbell the love of her life and wrote, "Once upon a time, I met the love of my life. And now, I'm living a fairytale."

Rocio is an engineer by profession. She got her degree in chemical engineering from Arizona on August 6, 2017.

However, after getting married, she became involved with The Charles Richard Campbell Foundation, a charity founded by her husband.

The foundation's primary purpose is to educate and train "critical life skills" to the young generation, including monetary and vocational training. 

A quick peek at their Instagram accounts clarifies that Campbell is living the best of his life with his wife and son.
