Meet Ben Kingsley’s Fourth Spouse Who Is Half His Age
Sir Ben Kingsley has been married a grand total of four times, and evidently, a 30-year age gap means nothing to the Academy Award-winning actor.
He has been so famously quoted saying, "Age makes no difference when you love each other."
At the age of 64, the veteran actor married the 34-year-old bit part-actress, Daniela Barbosa de Carneiro. This was all the way back in 2007.
At the time, not many were hopeful about the future of their marriage. Some outlets outright published that there couldn't be a more unlikely match.

Admittedly, they had Kingsley's three ex-wives and a failed live-in relationship to base their predictions on. On top of that, his third spouse was also half his age when he married her.
That being said, the actor and his stunning spouse have proved everyone wrong, as the two are inching close to their fifteenth wedding anniversary later this year.
Here's all you need to know about Lady Kingsley.
About Sir Ben Kingsley's Spouse Daniela Barbosa
Barbosa hails from Brazil's impoverished north-eastern Bahia region, where she was born to a policeman but always harbored the ambition to make it as an actress.
She moved to Britain as a broke student, as per reports from Dailymail. When she first got there, she apparently couldn't even speak English and ended up working as a waitress for a while.
Eventually, she landed modeling gigs with a bridal shop in Camden, North London.
In 1996, Barbosa married Ben Lavender, a wealthy and successful systems analyst who lived in a mansion flat in London's Notting Hill.
They were married for almost seven years before they got divorced in 2003, which was just around the time that Barbosa landed her first major acting gig in Emotional Backgammon.
She even bagged the Best Actress award at the Denver Film Festival for that role.
Sir Ben Kingsley’s Spouse Is Also an Actress
Although Barbosa does not command the same acclaim as Kingsley, the knighted actor's spouse had supposedly been pursuing the ambition for most of her adult life.
A passionate actress herself, Barbosa studied drama at Dirceu de Mattos school in Rio de Janeiro.
She later auditioned for the London International School of Performing Arts, where she landed the role of Queen Anne in the Shakespeare play Richard III.
She also toured with the British Shakespeare Company's production of A Midsummer Night's Dream, playing the roles of Hippolyta and Titania in 2009.
As per the Sheffield Telegraph (via Heavy), the actress was also a student of journalism back in her home country. However, acting was supposedly her true passion.
"It was a childhood dream to study acting and I chose to come to London rather than do what most Brazilians do and go to America," she said.
To date, her IMDb page shows her having seventeen acting credits, out of which three have yet to be released as of this writing.
