The Italian beauty's latest rumored beau was Sean Penn. The duo had first met on the sets of The Indian Runner, which Penn was directing back in 1991. However, the dating rumors came almost 20 years later. The couple was seen kissing and enjoying a romantic dinner date at Dal Bolognese restaurant in 2011, which made headlines. But, they were seen together only once, which lead fans to think that they weren't together anymore. 

Before Penn, Golino was dating the Italian actor Riccardo Scamarcio. The couple had started dating in 2006 but got separated after dating for about a decade.

She was also reportedly dating Andrea Di Stefano, the Italian actor and film director. The couple dated for almost three years before ending it in 2005. 

The list also includes celebrities like Julian Lennon in 1994, Fabrizio Bentivoglio from 1993 to 2001, and Eric Clapton in 1991.

Before that, she was engaged and in a live-in relationship with Benicio Del Toro. The couple lived together from 1988 to 1992.  

The actress's first official partner was Peter Del Monte. They not only dated for almost three years but were also engaged briefly before calling it off in 1987.
