The multitalented reporter was born as Michelle Denise Beadle on 23 October 1975 in Italy. Her father, Bob Beadle, is a former executive at a transportation fuels company, Valero Energy, and her mother is Serenella Paladino. She grew up with a younger brother named Robert and a younger sister in Texas

Michelle received a high school education from Boerne High School in BoerneTexas. Later, she went to study at the University of Texas and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications in 2001.

Michelle started her career as a host on Big Game Hunters aired on Fox Sports Net.  In 2002, she moved to Paramount Network (then TNN) as a "behind-the-chutes" sideline reporter and covered the Professional Bull Riders' bull riding competition called (PBRBud Light Cup tour.

In 2012, she moved to NBC as a host of NBC Sports Network and became an integral part of the network's daily morning studio coverage of the 2012 London Olympics. Later, she along with television journalist Dave Briggs started a new show, The Crossover with Beadle and Briggs, on the network. 

After working for nearly two years at NBC, she returned to ESPN in 2014 and continued to host SportsNation. Starting from July 2018, she started co-hosting the new morning sports show, Get Up!, alongside Jalen Rose and Mike Greenburg.

In August 2018, Michelle Beadle revealed that she would be skipping NFL seasons and the network soon announced that it would be moving the hub of its NBA coverage back to Los Angeles with Michelle as a lead role.

According to a release, NBA Countdown would originate from LA after it moved to New York with Michelle and co-host Jalen Rose and it also stated that Michelle had agreed to a contract extension with ESPN and would return to Los Angeles to focus on the NBA.

But it was soon revealed that her last Get Up! episode would be on 29 August 2018. With the change among the hosts, Get Up! would be cut by one hour and Michelle would be hosting a new postgame show called NBA After the Buzzer.

ESPN Executive Vice President Connor Schell suggested in a release that the network was quite excited to launch its first NBA post-game show and shared all the good words for Michelle saying that she was very important to the coverage.
