Former vine star Jack Gilinsky's dating relationship with girlfriend Madison Beer ended shortly before his abusive nature surfaced out through a viral audio recording.
The Omaha-native officially apologized for his demeanor. And, it turns out, they could have reunited despite the issues.Â
Relationship With Madison Beer
Gilinsky had started dating the American singer Madison Beer way before publicizing their relationship in 2015. Once they officiated their dating, they became the couple goals, and fans shipped them hugely.
However, Jack's relationship with Madison turned south. They separated in the summer of 2017.
The possible reason for their split got clear after an audio recording of Jack abusing Madison and calling her a "s**t" went viral in July 2017. The audio recorded voices of Gilinsky and Beer having a heated argument.
Immediately after that, Jack's reputation as a loving partner got shadowed by his violent-boyfriend personality among his shell-shocked fans.

After the revelation, Gilinsky came forward with an apology. Posting the apology on Twitter, he claimed that the alleged audio was a record of a year before, and not that time. The social media star also maintained that he was at complete fault for what happened and assured that he was no longer the man portrayed on the audio.
Moreover, he revealed that he was no longer dating Madison Beer but would forever love her despite the separation.

After Gilinsky's apology, Madison also clarified the story.
Through a now-deleted tweet in July 2017, she claimed that she stayed in a relationship with the model, despite all abuses, to "fix him." Affirming that she was mistreated multiple times, the Boyshit singer reasoned she wanted to prevent him from maltreating other women.

Did Jack Reunite With Ex-Girlfriend?
Although Gilinsky and his partner, Madison, had a scandalous breakup, they seemingly reconciled. Almost a year after the split, the pair was spotted at the same party after the VMAs on August 22, 2018.
They even had lunch together at the Toast Cafe in West Hollywood, California on January 2, 2020. And what's more, they also went shopping for groceries together in Los Angeles on March 14, 2020, amid the COVID-19 pandemic.Â
Despite several instances, their surety of them dating could not be verified as the pair left no comments on their relationship.
