Omer Fedi Takes to Instagram to Confirm Dating Rumors with Addison Rae

Guitarist Omer Fedi and Tiktok star Addison Rae had been surrounded by dating rumors for quite a while now.

But as of August 30, 2021, their relationship is no longer just speculation; it is as real as the up-and-coming artists' stupendously successful career.

Omer has been making strides in the music industry lately. He helped produce the current number one song on the Billboard Hot 100, which is also picking up some serious traction on the popular video app, TikTok. 

Unless you have been living with Partick Starfish or taking a complete digital detox, you have probably already guessed the song we're talking about: The Kid Laroi and Justin Beiber's single, ‘Stay.’

Rae, on the other hand, is making headlines of her own. Since landing TikTok fame in 2019, she has made her way into mainstream stardom. 

The social media celeb with over eighty-three million followers on TikTok has her own makeup line. She has also appeared on several late-night talk shows and is working towards a career in the music industry.

Additionally, the beautiful brunette also landed a starring role in Netflix's He's All That, a modern-day rendition of a classic 90s romcom.

Although the movie did not churn out the best responses from critics, it has managed to cement itself at number one on Netflix's Top 10 in the United States.

Circling back to the couple going Instagram official, Fedi put up an adorable Instagram story on August 30, 2021, to celebrate Rae's success, alongside his own. He wrote that he and his "baby" were both number one at the moment and that he was proud of her. 

He further penned his doubts on whether they were the first couple ever to make that claim with a movie and a song. Regardless, his love for his girlfriend remained the same.

The post came with a screenshot of the top ten entries in the Billboard Hot 100 along with a poster for Rae's movie.

At first glance, the post seemed to be a congratulatory post meant to celebrate the couple's success. However, in reality, this happens to be the first time that the talented producer has openly flaunted his relationship with the world. 

Fans Knew What to Expect

Still, as previously stated, this announcement from the guitarist only confirmed what fans had been speculating all along. The two had teased their romance with a short, suggestive video on their Instagram stories in late July. 

At the time, Rae had put up a clip of two shadows embracing one another beside a window. While fans were trying to figure out who the mystery man in the silhouette was, Fedi put up the same story a while later and fueled the rumor mill. 

Since then, the couple has been spotted spending time together in public on multiple occasions. Most recently, the paparazzi caught the couple on camera as they were strolling the streets, hand in hand. 

For Rae, this relationship with Fedi comes on the heels of her breakup from a fellow TikToker, Bryce Hall. However, despite their breakup, the two seem to have found a way to become amicable exes.
