The Boggs house now homes relics from the 1990 movie, including the license plate of one of the vehicles used in the film alongside one of the original scissors used by Depp's character, Edward, in the movie and the original kitchen cabinets set up for the film.

The new owners have labeled the house as "Scissorland."

A Tour of the 'Edward Scissorhands' House

In the house-turned museum, tourists and movie enthusiasts will see a lot of familiar objects from the movie. Apart from a broken scissor blade originally used by Depp's Edward Scissorhands, visitors will come up close with original movie posters.

Additionally, fans will get a chance to see a collection of paintings showcasing Edward Scissorhands, donated by artists from all over the world.

As per TampaBay.com, some of the artifacts on display are permanently acquired by the curator, while others are taken on loan. Movie propmaster Tandova Ecenia, age 69, from the Tampa Bay region, contributed a lot of original materials.

Miss Ecenia was a part of the original movie production crew, who was responsible for the production, maintenance, and inventory of the props used in the movie.

In the kitchen, the original wallpapers are still visible, accompanied by a mannequin of the lead character, Edward Scissorhands, in the movie costume. Along with the said items, one can also see a trash bin and a few frying pans among the items.

However, the house has undergone some remodeling in due course.

The classic movie house, initially built in 1989 for shooting the movie, was acquired by a family in 1992. But in 2020, it was kept for sale, as the owners decided to move somewhere else.
