Call it a price of fame or people talking nonsense, but ever since the release of Orange Is The New Black, actress Uzo Aduba’s name continuously got riled up in bizarre rumors. The most recent gossip involving the actress could be the tipping point.

The 38-year-old Boston native made a name for herself portraying the character Suzanne Warren aka Crazy Eyes in the Netflix original series Orange Is the New Black (OITNB). A year before the landing the role as Crazy Eyes, Uzo had made her debut on the silver screen by making an appearance on the TV show Blue Bloods.

For her portrayal of the lesbian character named Suzanne “Crazy Eyes” Warren, the 38-year-old actress has won numerous awards including 5 Screen Actors Guild Award and 1 Critics’ Choice Television Award(2014).

She also has won 2 Primetime Emmy Awards in the year 2014 and 2015 for her supporting role in OITNB. Along with Natasha Lyonne, Asia Kate Dillion, Kimiko Glenn and the rest of the stars of OITNB, Uzo has nabbed three Screen Actors Guild Awards on the category Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series for the last three years now.

The widespread speculation can be attributed to their budding friendship, which had blossomed after the duo co-starred in the 2012 play Venice.

Their play, Venice, however, never made it to the Broadway.
