The former couple share two children; Late Sage Stallone, and Seargeoh Stallone. Sage, the eldest child in the family, who followed his father's footsteps and dived into the movie industry, was born on 5 May 1976 and died at the early age of 36 due to the suspected drug overdose on July 13, 2013.

The couple got stressed as a result of which, their relationship of almost ten long years put a full stop on 14 February 1985. Their divorce was one of the record payouts in the 1980s with $12 million.

Moving from the heartbreak, Sasha was able to heal herself with a relationship with new husband Rick Ash in 1997.  However, her second marriage with Rick Ash also met with the same fate as the couple parted their ways in an undisclosed divorce soon after.
