Back in December of 2017, the reality TV star Shane fell off a ladder and landed on his back, breaking his L2 vertebra in a horizontal fracture extending two-thirds of the way through the bone. It was Shane and wife's cabin where the accident took place.

As fans of Shane Kilcher were very concerned about his health, right after the injury, his wife Kelli updated on her Facebook page that he was doing well, but has a long recovery process in front of him. Adding on to that, she mentioned he was out of danger and was recovering as best he can.

However, fans, who watched the most recent Alaska The Last Frontier episode, know that the three-year cabin is indeed complete. Atz Lee, brother of Shane, shared a photo of the finished product shortly before the episode aired, and wished his brother a speedy recovery.
