The chapter has come to an end! Shanna Moakler took to her Instagram on May 14, 2021, to record her new tattoo removal session on a piece with her ex-partner Travis Barker's name.

Moakler Removes Ex Barker’s Name Tattoo

The former Miss USA is attempting to move on from her past relationship with the Blink 182 artist. Moakler explained in the Instagram clip that she went to nurse Jamie to get the last tattoo on her wrist removed following her divorce from Barker over twelve years ago. 

The duo had been married for four years before they parted their ways in 2008. The two share two kids — a 17-year-old son named Landon and a 15-year-old daughter named Alabama.

"It's my ex's name," she said, also advising her fans, “Don't tattoo names on your body, kids.”

She revealed that the nurse used the newest and most powerful laser to remove her remaining wrist ink. 

“That is intense, but it’s worth it,” she added after the laser treatment was completed for the day.

Shortly after posting the video to social media, the model responded to trolls in the comment section. She even mentioned that Barker had recently covered up a tattoo of their initials with a new tattoo. 

To clarify since everyone seems to know my personal life, my ex put a skull tattoo over our initials on his hand while his new girl (Kourtney Kardashian) lovingly looked on.

Moakler further explained that it was done on purpose and was intended to insult her and her happiness with her new boyfriend Matthew Rondeau. She also revealed that she has been removing the tattoo for some time and her last session was on Friday.

While she has moved on with model and actor Rondeau, Travis has been dating Kourtney Kardashian. The two made it Instagram official in February 2021. 

Recently on May 13, 2021, Barker's new girlfriend, Kourtney Kardashian, shared an Instagram album of herself tattooing "I love you" on his arm. He'd previously got her name tattooed on his chest.

Meanwhile, Moakler has reconciled the differences with her ex-boyfriend Rondeau since their split last month.

Moakler Called Barker's PDA with Kourtney Kardashian 'Weird' 

In an interview with People on May 12, 2021, Moakler mentioned that she considers Barker’s PDA with Kourtney "weird," but harbors "no ill will" against them.

“Flying banners overhead like we did on Meet the Barkers. Stuff like that ... I just think it's weird,” she added.

The mother of two mentioned that she has been over her ex-husband for a while now. She went on to explain the movie, True Romance, something the two bonded over, was actually the theme of Barker’s and Moakler’s wedding. Their daughter was also named after the character in the movie.

Moakler further elaborated that she is sincerely happy for him. She wants her children's father to be happy, have a partner who makes him happy, and be a better father. The 46-year-old also revealed that as long as Kourtney is good to her kids, that's all that matters to her.
