Keisha Chambers is the wife of American actor Justin Chambers, who is famous for his role as Dr. Alex Karev in the television series Grey’s Anatomy. The pair have been married for over two decades.

Chambers Was Once a Model Booker

Before her marriage to the Grey’s Anatomy actor, Chambers worked as a model agency booker. Her job included scouting new emerging faces in the modeling industry and presenting them to the model agencies.

The job presented her with the most significant achievement of her life as she met her future husband during the scouting. Justin was an uprising model at the time.  

Her Age Has Been a Mystery

Chambers was born as Keisha Leon in a middle-class family as the only and youngest daughter among three children. She has two older brothers. Her father, Richie Leon, served in the US military during the Vietnam War. 

The former model booker, who has an ethnicity of African heritage, celebrates her birthday every August 27. 

While tad bits of her personal information have surfaced out, her age has always been a mystery. Her birth year remains concealed, thanks to the absence of her social media and her private nature. 

On the contrary, her husband's age is public knowledge. Born on July 11, 1970, Justin is 50 years old. 

Chambers Married Justin in 1993

Some relationships are meant forever. And that's what seems to be the exact scenario for Chamber's marriage. 

The couple met each other in 1992 for business purposes. At the time, she worked in a modeling agency, and Justin modeled for Calvin Klein. They soon befriended each other and started dating. 

In 1993, the pair got married. Since the wedding, they have been together, enjoying their marriage and parenthood. However, the married couple has kept their relationship details under wraps, albeit making public appearances once in a blue moon.

They attended the Grey's Anatomy 200th episode celebration on September 28, 2013.  

Chambers and Her Husband Are Parents to Five

After marriage, Chambers left her job to focus on her personal life and family. She has five children with Justin.

The duo welcomed their first child, daughter Isabella in December 1994. Then they gave birth to twin daughters, Maya and Kaila, in June 1997. Two years later, they welcomed their fourth daughter Eva and then their son Jackson in January 2002.

In 2006, the family-of-seven moved from New York City to Los Angeles. 

Now, the Chambers' kids have all grown up. Their daughter Kaila is inclined to music and has formed a band named Pinky Pinky with her friends.
