Halsey's Pre-marital Pregnancy
The budding relationship between Halsey and Aydin was not publicized until the singer announced she was pregnant. On January 27, 2021, Halsey took to Instagram to reveal the happy news.
She did not reveal Aydin was the father out front, but she tagged him in the photo. Aydin commented, "Heart so full, I love you, sweetness." Halsey penned a sweet reply, gushing about how she loved him and their child.

People assumed Halsey and Aydin’s relationship was relatively new, and the pregnancy was a surprise. However, she debunked it all later.
She revealed the pregnancy was “100 percent planned,” and she got pregnant after trying for a long time. Even if the baby were a surprise, she would still be happy.
This is not Halsey's first pregnancy. She was expecting in 2016, but unfortunately, she ended up having a miscarriage.
After that, she froze her eggs at 23. Motherhood means everything to Halsey, so it is no surprise that she is prioritizing her pregnancy before anything else, even marriage.
US Weekley reported Halsey and Aydin have talked about marriage but are not planning to walk down the aisle anytime soon.
An insider revealed Halsey loves her partner and is excited to start this beautiful journey with him. Regardless, marriage is off the table for now, and the baby’s health is their primary focus.
Who Is Alev Aydin?
Aydin is a Turkish screenwriter and producer, best known for Small Shots, Turbo and Joey, and HipMen: Los Angeles.
Not much is known about Aydin. He loves his motherland to the bone and frequently goes to Turkey. Judging by way he talks about Turkey, it is safe to say that he is proud of his heritage and culture.
Aydin and Halsey have kept their relationship relatively private. It is not known when they started dating.
The pair got matching tattoos on June 2020. Therefore, it can be presumed that they were linked somewhere around that time.
Aydin and Halsey have plenty of shared interests. Both of them are huge fans of basketball, especially the Los Angeles Lakers.
Similarly, both of them are activists who don’t hesitate to raise their voices when necessary. For example, after the brutal murder of George Floyd, Aydin was outspoken about racial injustice and police brutality.
