Without the support and encouragement from her family, American singer and songwriter Grace VanderWaal would not have achieved her success in the musical platform at such a young age. And now that the triumph has been made, there is no stopping to this young talent. 

The Lenexa native rose to prominence after winning 11the season of NBC's talent competition show,  America's Got Talent (AGT) in 2016. She is the recipient of several awards being a rising star in the field of music.

Grace was born on 15 January 2004 to father, David, and mother, Tina VanderWaal as the youngest child in the family. She has an elder brother named Jakob and a sister, Olivia. 

Grace could not have achieved her success in the musical career without the support of her family. It was evinced by their parents' interview on August 2016 after their daughter's performance in AGT. 

They stated that they were proud of their daughter's which was also evident in their T-shirts. They wore T-shirts, where Grace's singing picture was printed on it.
