Paul Hogan had been active since 1973 in the entertainment industry. However, Crocodile Dundee was the one that shot him into the limelight.

He played the role of Michael J. ‘Crocodile’ Dundee, which made him win the Golden Globe Award for Best Actor. However, while Hogan enjoyed his newfound fame, his children cannot say the same.

He shares five children with his first wife, Noelene Edwards, and one with Linda Kozlowski.

Paul Hogan’s Children

Hogan’s first child is his son, Scott. It is speculated that he was born in 1958.

The actor was only 19 years old when he had his first child. Scott did not follow in his father’s footsteps and joined the entertainment industry.

As a result, not much is known about him and his personal life. However, it is reported that he has a daughter named Rani that he shares with his ex-wife, Saran.

A year after Scott was born, Hogan and Edward were blessed with their second son, Clay. But, like his brother, Clay also remains away from the public eye.

After Clay, the couple was blessed with another son, Todd. While Todd, like his siblings, is not involved in the acting industry, he has been the most vocal about his father’s fame.

After Todd, Hogan’s only daughter, Lauren, was born. Unfortunately, not much is known about her.

Hogan and Edwards’ fifth and last kid is Brett. Brett is one out of five children who followed in Hogan’s footsteps.

He is an actor, director, and producer, just like his father. Similarly, the father-son duo worked together on the Crocodile Dundee franchise together.

Linda Kozlowski Chance, Hogan’s son with Kozlowski, was born on March 12, 1998. He is a songwriter and musician with a significant net worth.

After Hogan and Kozlowski’s messy and nasty divorce, Chance opted to live with his father. Chance and Hogan have a healthy relationship, and they are often photographed together.

Paul Hogan’s Fame and Children

As stated before, Hogan has admitted that his claim to fame was something he had dreamt of. But, unfortunately, his children suffered in the process.

In an interview with ABC, the actor admitted that his kids had difficulty adapting to his celebrity lifestyle. They did not want to be pulled into the limelight as their dad and Hogan did their best to protect them.

Todd noted that he and his siblings had a great childhood before Hogan’s fame. However, they were young and were living their life to the fullest.

But because of his father’s work, they had to move from their western suburbs to Mosman. As a result, they had to leave their friends and acquaintances.

Todd had never heard of the Mosman, and he did want to live there. But they had to.

Their father’s fame came with a lot of benefits as well. It meant a nice big house with a pool, vacations and many more.

But those things did not hold value over Hogan’s kid’s privacy. Many people were curious about them, and they were constantly up their noses, wondering what the celebrity kids were up to.

This severely hampered their self-esteem. From school to house, they were “specially treated.”

Their kids are proud of their father, but because of the struggles, they are very secretive about their life.
