Disney star Luke Benward and his girlfriend, Ariel Winter, have been together for nearly two years now, and their relationship has nothing short of 'couple goals.'

The love story, however, started a few weeks after Winter broke up with her long-term boyfriend and Modern Family co-star Levi Meaden. She was subsequently spotted kissing her present-day beau, and since then, the couple has seemed inseparable.

Similarly, before dating Winter, Benward had romanced Cruel Summer star Olivia Holt who he had met while filming for Disney's Girl Vs. Monster. The ex-couple were somewhat referred to as Disney couples before splitting in late 2017.

On December 11, 2019, Benward and Winter were spotted publicly close to each other for the first time outside a nightclub in Hollywood.

The Good Luck Charlie actor was snapped with his hand around his beautiful girlfriend's waist, making fans speculate they might be dating.

January 2020: Going Public with Their Relationship

A month later, things changed drastically for the couple, as their relationship was confirmed from what was initially a rumored relationship. Speaking to Us Weekly on January 6, a close source to the couple said they were "really happy" with each other.

"He is a great match for her," the insider added. "She loves his energy and charisma and feels very comfortable around him. Ariel is trying to keep her relationship with Luke somewhat private and isn’t telling a ton of people that they’re dating, but they are."

On January 28, Benward even took to Instagram to write a sweet birthday wish for Winter alongside two adorable photos. In one of the snaps, the couple was snapped kissing each other.

April 2020: Ariel Winter Breaks Silence

The Modern Family actress took her time before speaking about her love for Benward. On April 7, 2020, she finally broke her silence when she posted a picture of the pair as part of Instagram's #firstphotochallenge.

"Even though we've been friends for four years, this is the first photo I could find of just us two aside from a paparazzi photo sooooo this will have to do for this challenge," Winter wrote in the picture posted on her Instagram stories.

October 2020: Working Together

On October 28, Winter again took to Instagram to inform her followers about the second project she and her beau were working on together. She wrote that she was proud and honored to be his partner in life and work.

Benward and Winter allegedly celebrated their first Christmas as couples in December 2020, and the actress could not stop herself from posting snaps from the festive day.

On December 26, she shared a series of photos where she and her partner enjoyed a warm evening alongside their pet dogs.

May 2021: Luke Benward's Birthday

On May 12, 2021, the couple celebrated Benward's 26th birthday. On the special occasion, Winter expressed her love for her man through Instagram, writing she felt "incredibly lucky" to spend each day with him.
