Karrueche Tran began dating her boyfriend, Victor Cruz, in December 2017.

They were first spotted together strolling the streets of LA, hand-in-hand, when the rumors began taking shape.

Karrueche Tran Talked to Boyfriend Victor Cruz 20 Hours a Day

By the time the COVID-19 quarantine protocols were out and about, she and her boyfriend had to quarantine separately. She was staying with her parents in LA with her family, but they were still very much in touch. 

Cruz had told the outlet back in April 2020 that he and Tran "probably talk[ed] 20 hours a day on FaceTime."

Things seem to have changed quite a lot since then, because according to a source with E! News, Tran broke up with her boyfriend of three years sometime in early 2021. 

"Right now, they are focused on continuing to grow their successful careers," explained the insider, "There are no hard feelings. This is just a case of two people moving forward in life separately."

Are Karrueche Tran & Victor Cruz Still Dating?

As of this writing, Tran seems to have moved on from her ex-boyfriend Cruz. For a while after their breakup, rumors had it that she reunited with Chris Brown during a Space Jam event in early July 2021. 

The Shade Room reported that Tran and her supposed boyfriend Brown were spotted leaving the event just minutes apart.

Of course, this would entice the possibility that Brown and Tran were dating. If Tran hadn't popped that bubble, that is.

Karrueche Tran And Chris Brown Have a History

For those unaware, Tran was dating Brown up until 2014 after the birth of Brown's daughter Royalty, with Nia Guzman. 

As per Complex, Tran had previously gotten a restraining order against Brown. Still, she tried to reassure fans with her comment on the issue. 

There’s no drama or anything like that. I do have the [restraining order] in place. We live our own lives and that’s how we move.

She later added that she got the restraining order for her safety, "just to make sure." She admitted that she got the restraining order against her ex-boyfriend because that was what she felt she needed.
