Palestinian American journalist Dena Takruri continuously contributes to the journalism world as a senior presenter and producer at AJ+.

She is also the presenter of Al Jazeera's all-digital video news network based in San Francisco, California.

Dena Takruri Age, Career

Takruri, born on December 3, 1983, has American nationality and is of Arabian Muslim ethnicity.

Her parents are originally Arab. She earned a BA degree in international development studies from UC Berkeley and a master’s from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.

She is proficient in Arabic and English, with limited working capability in Spanish and Hebrew as well.

The TV personality is now a senior presenter and producer at AJ+ which is the all-digital video news network from Al Jazeera Media Network based in San Francisco, California.

She also runs the show DIRECT FROM WITH DENA TAKRURI which features on the YouTube channel named AJ+.

Delving into Takruri's career, it is known that her career kicked off just after she completed her graduation in the year 2007.

She first served as a co-host and also as a producer on a program named "What's Happening", weekly hour-long satellite television, which was released on Arab television networks and radio.

Later, her eponymous show mainly focused on current political, cultural, and social issues related to Arab-Americans released in North America.

The television personality worked as a research assistant with the famous and popular Dr. Rochelle Davis of Georgetown University from the year 2007 to 2008.

Previously, she also worked for HuffPost Live and Al Jazeera Arabic.

She is recognized internationally due to her authentic reporting and coverage of pressing issues such as the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, the 2016 U.S. presidential election, and tensions on the Korean Peninsula.

Does Dena Takruri Have a Husband?

The San Francisco native is undoubtedly one of the most influential Arab women in the digital news world.

Her brilliance is all over her authentic and enticing reporting and coverage of pressing issues and hardly leaves any room for fighting justice with her journalistic skills.

But she has hardly written anything for her fans and media regarding her personal life. That is to say, Takruri hasn't even hinted at being married and having a husband.

Let alone their husband, she has never mentioned having a boyfriend.

That being said, Takruri had expressed her opinion and concern for single Muslim women looking for love.

On July 23, 2013, she took to Twitter to opine what she thought were the difficulties for single Muslim women in America.

On top of that, she dedicated an entire article in HuffingtonPost in July 2013, discussing the challenges Muslim girls faced and how they’d broken cultural barriers to love.

She remarked how dating and age gap was posed as taboo in the Muslim community.

As Takruri herself belongs to the Muslim community, she might have hinted at her single status through the article.

And since then, no updates on change have ever surfaced.Â
