Although he started his entertainment career at an early age as Percy Penguin on a children’s television show, his big break and probably his most famous work was the role of musician Peter Allen in the Australian production of the musical The Boy From Oz; he performed the role times in around two years from 1998 to 2000.
Although primarily known for musicals, Todd also did a non-musical play, Richard Alfieri’s Six Dance Lessons in Six Weeks, in the Sydney Opera House.

Openly Gay But Has Daughter
Although openly gay, Todd has fathered a daughter, Charlotte Wood, with one of his close friends, Anne Wood. Apparently, Anne desperately wanted to be a mother and as a friend, he came forward to help.
I rang her and I said: 'I'm offering to provide you with the other half that you need to have this baby'. Blow me down, she said yes.
Little Charlotte was conceived by IVF, a manual combination of sperms and eggs.
The little girl lives with her mother in Melbourne, and Todd is only an occasional visitor.
Todd's Ex-Partner Is Sister's Husband, How?
Todd’s personal life quirks are not limited to fathering a daughter in spite of being gay. Todd’s partner of five years, Sam Gallaher, was stolen by his own sister, Lisa. After they separated, Sam started dating Lisa and soon turned into her husband.
Although initially, Todd had no idea about the relationship, he warmed up to the idea of his ex-partner being his sister's husband. And now, is believed to be close to his nieces and nephews.
Todd's personal life definitely had great quirks. We might be entertained by the turn of events or feel pity for him but at the end of the day, the only thing that matters is how Todd assesses his situation. And it looks as if he is alright with it.
