Lea Michele Turned a New Page in Life with Husband; Became Parents for the First Time

Lea Michele is a happily married wife and a proud mother. The American actress welcomed her first child, Ever Leo Reich, with her husband Zandy Reich on August 20, 2020.

Michele took to her Instagram to announce her child's birth, where she posted a black-and-white photo of her newborn's tiny feet.

People also confirmed the news quoting a source’s statement that read, “Everyone’s happy and healthy, and they're extremely grateful. He's been an easy baby so far.”

For the 6.5 million fans she had on her Instagram, the birth of her baby boy was hardly a surprise as Michele used to flaunt her baby bump quite often on social media.

She first shared that she was expecting when she posted a picture on Instagram in May 2020 with the caption, “So grateful.” In the photo, she wore a beautiful blue gown adorned with floral motifs and gently cupped her baby bump with both her hands.

The Scream Queens star is evidently happy with her husband and baby boy and constantly shares her family pictures on Instagram.

Michele, a singer and author, has known her now-husband Reich for over four years. They started as friends and eventually turned their friendship into a romantic relationship.

In April 2018, after dating for a year, Reich proposed to the actress in a private ceremony when they were in the Hamptons.

The following year, on March 9, Michele and her husband tied the knot and promised to be one another’s for the rest of their lives. The couple’s wedding was an intimate ceremony, just like their engagement. In an interview with People, they said:

We are so excited to be married and grateful to be surrounded by our friends and family. And most of all, we’re so happy to spend the rest of our lives together.

The husband Reich, a Philadelphia native, serves as the president of the clothing company, All Year Round (AYR). He was previously the Head of Business Development for a clothing brand named Theory.

As for Michele, the actress started her career as a child actress on Broadway, appearing in Les Misérables, Ragtime, Fiddler on the Roof, and Spring Awakening.

She eventually made her screen debut with a 2011 film New Year's Eve. Likewise, she released her debut single, ‘Cannonball,' in 2013, and her debut studio album ‘Louder’ in 2014. Before her marriage, Michele was involved with her late Glee co-star Cory Monteith.
