Turner started her career as a dancer. Being just seven, she appeared on an episode of Univision Miami’s hit TV show, Sabado Gigante.
She took part in many dancing competitions before stepping into the entertainment industry. Turner also won several small group National Championship award titles.
She stepped into the acting world in 2014. She landed a guest role in the 2014 movie Annie.
While promoting the comedy movie, she appeared for a live performance alongside Quvenzhané Wallis on Dancing With The Stars. She has also been a part of several National and International TV Commercials.

The series revolves around Lotus and Turner, two middle school siblings, who host a popular channel, Would You Wrather? It follows the duo performing dares based on opinions from their millions of online fans.
