Born on 9 March 1976, Benedict Martin Paul ‘Ben’ Mulroney was raised in Ottawa, Ontario. He is the second kid of four children born to former Prime Minister of Canada, Brian Mulroney and Mila Pivnicki Mulroney.

The 42-year-old journalist received education from the Hotchkiss School and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University with a major in history. Standing at the height of 6 feet 1 inch (1.85 meters), Ben eventually earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from Université Laval.

Coming from a family of political personalities, Ben’s older sister, unfortunately, was an unsuccessful candidate for the Ontario Progressive Conservative leadership election in 2018.
