Sonja Morgan looked visibly younger and fresh by the time the eventful 2020 came to a close, all thanks to the wonderful doctor Andrew Jacono who worked his magic on her facelift, neck lift, and a few months later, a nose job.
Naturally, the fans began to pick up on the reality star's new looks, and speculations started floating around. Soon after, she took to her Instagram to affirm speculations and dish out on Dr. Jacono's fantastic job.
Morgan Shared Before and After Photos
On July 20, 2020, Morgan shared a snap on her Instagram where she showcased her face before and after her plastic surgery. Evidently, the procedure went exceedingly well. Her wrinkles were ironed out, and her jawline defined.
In the caption, she disclosed that she'd gotten a lower facelift and a neck lift after wrapping up season twelve of The Real Housewives of New York. She apparently wanted to get rid of the wrinkling on her neck and the "jowels" that were starting to form. She added,
People thought I was nuts because it was so subtle. But not to me! It was a no-brainer – gravity had taken its toll, I was also exhausted and I needed a 'pick me up.'
She then announced that she had entrusted her face to the best — Dr. Jacono and was positive that he did an amazing job with it.

Later that day, the good doctor shared another before and after side-by-side on his Instagram and claimed that he was blown away by how the procedure turned out.
He also shared words of appreciation for Morgan, who gracefully chose to go public with her cosmetic surgery, unlike many others in the entertainment industry.
Dr. Jacono was also hopeful that her coming forward with her story would empower other women to take control of their appearance. He also flaunted his signature extended deep plane facelift procedure that would render the subject's face younger whilst looking completely natural.
He explained that his procedure involved lifting the deep musculature and fallen fat pads of the face, not pulling on the skin. He claimed that Morgan looked 15 years younger thanks to the procedure and that he was humbled because she entrusted him with her "money maker."
She Also Got a Liquid Nose Job
In early October 2020, Morgan made headlines yet again after she underwent a nonsurgical rhinoplasty, more popularly known as a liquid nose job. This time around, the reality star went to Dr. Ramtin Kassir's office in New York for the cosmetic procedure.
Dr. Kassir got in touch with Page Six to explain the procedure in relative detail. “It’s filler in the nose,” Kassir told the outlet, “She has a little bit of a bump, it’s a little crooked and it’s a little long. What we do is we straighten it, shorten it, and lift it all with filler.”
He also confirmed that the patients could see the final results of the nonsurgical procedure immediately. Moreover, there was no recovery or pain medication involved. However, the effects would only last for one to two years.
