Rob Beckett does not hesitate to speak out his mind regarding anything. At times, this quirky quality has landed him in various controversies as well.

However, there is one topic that Beckett does not talk about that often. It is his family, especially his children. There is very little information about the 8 Out of 10 Cats star's family.

Is Rob Beckett Married?

Yes, Beckett is a married man and has a wife. It is unknown when he tied the knots with his spouse, Louise Watts, but it is somewhere around mid-2014.

Similarly, it is unknown when the two met and started dating.

Beckett first talked about his marriage in November 2014 via an episode of 8 Out of 10 Cats.

He also spoke about it in a 2015 episode of Mock the Week. Other than that, he has mentioned nothing about his wedding or relationship with his wife.

Usually, the comedian shares what his wife said or did on Twitter. But he does not share information about her.

In October 2021, he wrote about his experience of parenting kids as a working-class man on Inews. There, the comedian said that Watts was "a history teacher with a master's degree."

He also opened up about how his spouse had not eaten fried chicken until she met him. Other than that, all he wrote was about raising his children.

The comedian has two kids, and both of them are daughters. He announced the birth of his first daughter in September 2016 via his YouTube channel.

He revealed that he had two daughters in March 2019 while conversing with Radio 2 host Ken Bruce. However, their names and identity are unknown since Beckett has kept them away from the limelight.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Beckett made a podcast with Josh Widdicombe. The theme of their podcast, Lockdown Parenting Hell, is about parenting and taking care of their children.

In a March 2021 interview with Guardian, the comedians talked about their new project. There, Beckett lauded his wife for taking care of his daughters while he was working.

Before the pandemic, Beckett used to show big gestures as a way of taking care of his family. But the lockdown made him realize that his children simply enjoy spending time with him at their house.

Similarly, the quarantine admittedly improved his relationship with Watts.

Previously, the comedian used to think that working and not being at home was a way of providing for his kids.

He was providing them financially, but not emotionally. But staying at home and spending time with his family made him realize he was not a good husband or dad.

In a sense, the COVID-19 pandemic made Beckett more aware of his relationship with his family. Now, he has vouched on working less and having fewer things to do to spend more time with his wife and children.
