Addison Rae’s Dad Monty Lopez Had a Five-Month Affair with Renée Ash

The last time we reported on Addison Rae’s father Monty Lopez, he had gone viral for videos of him hitting on girls. 

Netizens were bound to speculate he was cheating on his wife, Sheri Easterling.

After the videos made rounds, an Instagram user named Renée Ash posted loved-up photos with Lopez on Instagram, writing she would tell her side of the story when she was ready. 

She finally broke the silence and detailed her affair with the famous TikToker’s father in an exclusive interview with Page Six. 

Ash noted that she had allegedly been in a five-month relationship with Lopez but broke up after she saw the videos and realized he had lied to her all along. He had told her that his marriage had been over with his wife when it was not.

Lopez had introduced her to his family and told her he wanted to have babies with her, misleading Ash into believing they had something special.

“He even introduced me to his mom, his youngest brother, and I thought we had something real. He told me a story of his marriage that convinced me they were apart and in the process of getting a divorce,” said Ash. 

Monty Lopez Calls His Relationship with Wife 'Weird'

Ash also shared screenshots of alleged texts and WhatsApp conversations sent by Lopez.

According to Page Six, the latter told the former that they were a power couple and made plans to move in together, get married, and start a family. 

When Ash asked Lopez about his relationship with his wife, he said they never really talked and called his marriage a “weird relationship.” 

In another text, the famous TikToker’s father allegedly claimed that he “left” his wife for “bitching” and “[expletive] with” him.

He then warned Ash not to display these behaviors as it could lead to the end of their relationship. 

According to an insider, the alleged couple apparently came close to breaking up after a pregnancy scare. 

When Ash told Lopez she might be pregnant, he blew her off and told her she was not. 

After that, Ash tried breaking up with Lopez, but he texted her non-stop, and they got back together. But when she realized he cheated on her, she called it quits. 

“Addison and Sheri don’t deserve this and neither do the other girls he’s disrespected. I hope telling my story sheds light on a man who has gotten away with their power in the industry for too long,” Ash told the outlet. 

Sheri Easterling Responds to Ongoing Drama

After Ash’s allegations and interview with Page Six went live, Easterling took to Instagram story to post a message regarding her husband and the accusations.

“Personal matters being brought public are always challenging and overwhelming for anyone involved. I will be okay. My biggest concern is and always will be my children and their fragile hearts and mind,” wrote Easterling. 

She added her goal was to ensure they felt safe and secure, iterating she would do her best to protect them.

Lastly, she thanked everyone who sent her messages of love and support. So far, neither Rae nor Lopez has addressed the drama.
