On June 28, 2022, eagle-eyed fans noticed the TikTok star had unfollowed her father.
Her mother, Sherri Easterling, Lopez’s wife, also unfollowed him and removed the word “wife” from her Instagram bio.
At first, no one knew why, but on July 4, 2022, when two videos of her father allegedly flirting with two young women started making rounds on social media, people put two and two together.
The videos sparked rumors of cheating and that Rae’s parents might be headed for divorce.
In the first video, TikTok user @iamjessk was allegedly FaceTiming with Rae’s father in a car at night.
Although it was difficult to confirm that it was indeed Lopez in the video call, fans claim that the man’s voice sounds similar to that of Lopez’s.

In the second video, which Def Noodles reshared, Lopez was seen hitting on a girl.
The video was shared by the now-deleted TikTok account @marlig. It featured a woman at a club saying, “Addison Rae’s dad is trying to [expletive] me. I swear to god.”
The woman then covered her mouth in shock, after which the video cut to a moment in the club where Lopez was allegedly seen getting close to a woman to converse with her.
Netizens are divided over the video, with some furious at the father of 3 for allegedly cheating on his wife.
Meanwhile, the other half are convinced the videos are not real, arguing that the video was made up to capitalize on the drama between Rae’s parents.
So far, neither Lopez nor his wife has addressed the cheating, but on July 5, 2022, Easterling put out a cryptic tweet.
She took to her official Twitter account and wrote, “I deserve happiness, peace, joy, hope, love, patience, kindness.”
Meanwhile, Lopez uploaded a TikTok video to the viral TikTok “am I the drama” sound.

But before Lopez uploaded his TikTok, Renee Ash, who went by @renee.ash, took to Instagram and uploaded messages and photos of him.
It looked like she was responding to the viral video uploaded by @marlig.

Ash uploaded a screenshot of messages she had gotten from Lopez asking her not to do anything dramatic if she got “paparazzied.”
Lopez also expressed his love for her and asked her to be the queen of his empire.
In the next story, she shared a photo of her and Lopez sharing kisses and wrote, “can’t believe the actions made by this person. Thoroughly embarrassed.”
And then she uploaded another cozy-looking photo with Lopez writing, “5 months wasted.”
Finally, in the last story, she wrote there were two sides to the story and that she would explain her side when she was ready.
Based on Ash’s stories, it looked like she had been in a relationship with Lopez, who ended up cheating on her. But nothing’s for certain, and netizens continue to theorize about the situation with the ordeal up in the air.
