Missy Peregrym and Her Husband Are Ready to Welcome Their Second Baby Together

FBI star Missy Peregrym is expecting a second child with her husband, actor Tom Oakley. She broke the news with an Instagram post on February 6, 2022.

There, Peregrym uploaded a short clip of her first son, Otis Paradis Oakley, patting her baby bump. Oakley, who was filming the clip, could be heard telling his son to be gentle in the background.

“My best effort at an ‘adorable’ announcement,” she wrote. “Come on, I don’t have the time for that. What I will always have time for, is this family, and I’m psyched that we are adding a new babe this summer blah blah blah.”

So far, Peregrym and her husband have not revealed the gender of their second child.

Not much is known about how Peregrym and Oakley got together. The two have rarely talked about each other in public. And while they make frequent posts about each other, they haven’t dived into the history of their relationship.

The Stick It actress and her husband tied the knot on December 30, 2018, in Los Angeles.

People reported a source described the wedding as an “intimate and fun evening shared with family and close friends.”

Peregrym announced her marriage a few days later with a post on Instagram. “Happy New Year! Love Tom, Missy & Charly!” she wrote in the captions.

She posted two pictures from their big day. The first was a black-and-white photograph, where Peregrym and her husband could be seen striking silly poses while showing off their matching white sneakers.

In the second picture, the newlyweds could be seen gazing lovingly into each other’s eyes as she held a bouquet.

Welcomed Son in 2018

Almost a year after their wedding, in October 2019, Peregrym revealed she was expecting her first child.

On March 21, 2020, Peregrym and Oakley welcomed their first child together, son Otis. She shared a sweet picture of her newborn son nestled against her chest to share the news of her son’s birth.

“Otis Paradis Oakley Born March 21st,” she wrote in the caption. “These afternoon naps are the *greatest* feeling in the world.

When talking to People in April 2021, Peregrym shared spending her first year of motherhood was challenging because of the pandemic.

“Any first-time mom going through this I have a lot of empathy for, because it’s already scary and you have no idea what you’re doing and then to not have the regular support…,” she wrote.

“They usually would be able to get together with other moms, with other children. I have a lot of space in my heart for [other new mothers].”

Was Previously Married to Zachary Levi

Before getting together with Oakley, Peregrym was previously married to Shazam! star Zachary Levi.

They tied the knot on June 14, 2014, in Hawaii. Unfortunately, their marriage took a turn for the worse in less than six months.

TMZ reported in April 2015 that Peregrym filed for divorce. According to the outlet, neither of the two wanted spousal support and were splitting amicably.
