She is famously known as Dawn Summers from Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Casey Carlyle in Ice Princess. While her career in the entertainment industry is unquestionably grand, her personal life is also eventful, with a long list of A-listers in her dating history.

Michelle Trachtenberg’s Dating History

Trachtenberg was first romantically linked with Aftermath actor Shawn Ashmore. The pair dated for two years, from 2004 to 2006. 

After the split, Trachtenberg moved on with a former fashion model and actor, Jason Lewis. The news of their relationship made headlines once they were spotted on a date at the Chateau Marmont Hotel in Los Angeles in March 2007. 

Their romance, however, didn't last long. The New York native started dating fellow Scott Sanford in the summer of 2008. 

Later the same year, she dated American singer-songwriter Joshua Radin. The duo reportedly dated briefly after taking their friendship to the next level.

But, like all her short flings in the past, her chemistry with Radin also didn't last long. Then, in 2009, the 35-year-old started dating How I Met Your Mother star, Jason Segel. 

She spent quality time with her boyfriend at a mutual friend's birthday party at Thompson Beverly Hills' rooftop bar on August 8, 2009. 

It is unsure how long she dated Segel, but she briefly dated American musician Pete Wentz two years later. The couple was spotted spending quality time and enjoying their coffee in Los Angeles on July 5, 2011.

According to Good House Keeping, the talented actress was reportedly dating Grammy awards nominated singer Josh Groban in August 2011. They were spotted leaving a fancy restaurant together. 

Besides the aforementioned names, Trachtenberg was also rumored to be dating Ice hockey player Brandon Prust in 2011 and American rapper Kid Cudi in 2014. 

Who Is Michelle Trachtenberg's Boyfriend?

Trachtenberg has kept her current relationship details under wraps. She has not posted anything about her boyfriend or her dating status on her social media accounts. 

On top of that, she has not hinted anything about her love life in her interviews. 

That being said, there were reports that she was dating her talent agent, Jay Cohen, back in October 2020. US Weekly reported that the pair met through Gersh Agency. 

Trachtenberg signed with Gersh in 2014, while Cohen joined the company as its manager of Film Finance and Distribution division in 2009. 

They have been “dating for over a year,” an insider told the news outlet at the time.

The news of their relationship surfaced right after the stunning actress teased all her fans and followers with a ring that appeared to be an engagement ring.

Posting a picture of her ring on Instagram on October 9, 2022, the Buffy the Vampire Slayer star wrote, "I picked the right one."

While many believed that she got engaged with her boyfriend, Trachtenberg dismissed the rumors by admitting it was a joke in the comment section.
