Lizzo recently secured her third No. 1 song on Billboard’s Hot R&B/Hip-Hop charts with ‘Rumors' featuring Cardi B and it looks like she might have someone special to celebrate her success with.

The 33-year-old entertainer was criticized after the release of her ‘Rumors’ video with comments bordering on racism and fatphobia, and she addressed it in an emotional message. She was seen wiping her tears and telling her haters to back off.

But it looks like she has moved on from the sad incident.

On August 23, Lizzo called out her haters, who had poked fun at her ample chest, by wearing a “Fake Boobs” tank and daisy duke shorts for a dinner date. The dinner date was with a mystery man with whom she was spotted enjoying a meal at Craig’s in West Hollywood.

According to Deuxmoi, the man has been identified as the same man she was seen with during Valentine’s day dinner and with her at the park in June.

Lizzo Addresses Relationship Allegations

In March, Lizzo made headlines when she was pictured with her arm around a mystery male pal on a balcony in Malibu. The Shade Room published photos of the singer and her mystery man getting chummy and reported that they might have shared a kiss or two.

According to the outlet, the mystery man wore a black UCLA shirt and had a beard and braids.

But immediately after rumors made rounds, Lizzo took to Instagram to address the situation. On March 23, Lizzo posted an Instagram video wearing black lingerie and twerking, along with a simple one-word caption that read “SINGLE” and a winking tongue-out emoji.

But she did not mention the guy from her Malibu trip.

Although nothing has been confirmed, the guy from her dinner date looks similar to the mystery man from her Malibu trip. One can only speculate at this point, even though Daily Mail has confirmed that he is.

Lizzo’s Past Relationship

Lizzo is pretty vocal about certain things in her life, such as advocating body positivity, love for herself, and calling out her haters. But the one thing she keeps really private is her love life.

In 2020, the musician told Rolling Stone her last relationship was in 2018, and the song 'Cuz I Love You’ was a song about her former boyfriend. She revealed they had broken up because she wanted freedom and that the heartbreak was exactly what she had needed.

I’m not sad because I use the pain so constructively. It’s inevitable. Pain is a human experience.

Although her explanation does not provide much insight into her past relationship, in another interview with Vogue, she explained that her five-times-platinum single ‘Truth Hurts’ was also about her relationship.

With lyrics like “Hey, I’m glad you’re back with your [expletive],” and “I will never ever, ever, ever ever be your side chick,” it is possible that she was cheated on.

She also noted that she did not like to disclose everything about herself and her life.
