After a split that didn't last very long, One Direction's Liam Payne is back with his girlfriend, model Maya Henry. 

Liam Payne and Maya Henry dated for two years before finally deciding to put a ring on it in August 2020. Outlets had gotten a hold of pictures of his new fiancée out and about with an engagement ring by late August. 

Almost a year later, in June 2021, the global heartthrob revealed that they had called off their engagement, and he was single for the time being. Again, by August 2021, E! received word that Payne and Henry had found their way back to each other sometime in July.

Liam Payne's Girlfriend Is an Accomplished Model

As previously mentioned, Henry is a model. She works with Elite Model Management and Select Model London, and her portfolio stretches from the runway to magazine covers.

She's walked the runway for brands like Dolce & Gabbana, Rami Kadi and closed out George Hobeika’s Paris Fashion Week show. She has also been featured on the covers of magazines like Elle Romania, Harper’s Bazaar Vietnam, Vogue Ukraine, and Glamour Romania. 

When she is not modeling, she can be seen on the sets of a movie or a music video. She shared the screen with Dylan Sprouse in an indie short film called Carte Blanche in 2019. She has also been in a few music videos over the years, but not for One Direction. 

She appeared in DNCE's 2016 video for 'Kissing Strangers' and as Billy Ray Cyrus's daughter in the 'Old Town Road' video.

But that's all about her work life! In real life, she hails from a renowned Texas family that even had a Kardashian-style reality show based on them at some point. Albeit, the show only aired on YouTube and is nowhere to be found today. 

The show, Hangin with Los Henrys, apparently followed the extravagant lifestyle of the Henrys — her parents Azteca and Thomas (a high-profile lawyer), grandmother Teresa, and brother Thomas Jr.

The model even made headlines back in 2016 for her lavish quinceañera to celebrate her 15th birthday, which apparently cost the Henrys a whopping six million dollars. Nick Jonas and Pitbull even performed on the occasion.

Payne and Henry have allegedly been an item since August 2018. However, they did not go public with their relationship until much later in September 2019. Even then, the couple didn't come out on their own. 

According to reports from E!, the power couple was seen holding hands at London's Heathrow Airport as per eyewitnesses. 

"They looked every bit the happy new couple as they made their way through the airport," a source outed to the outlet, "They were holding hands and giggling as they headed to their car. He looks incredibly happy!"

Now that the cat was out of the bag, the couple finally decided to make things Instagram official on September 20, 2019.
