Kimberly Elise, best known as Rosie from The Manchurian Candidate, has led a relatively private life in her years in the spotlight. 

Although she's been active in Hollywood since the mid-nineties, information regarding her love life, boyfriend, and husband (yes, husband!) have been scant. 

So much so that fans have regularly been voicing: Does Kimberly Elise have a husband?

If you'd been asking the same, the answer is no. Elise does not have a husband as of this writing, but she was married until the mid-2000s. 

Kimberly Elise Was Married For Over 15 Years

Elise was married to a photographer named Maurice Clifton Oldham for a decade and a half.

On October 20, 1989, she married her husband in Minneapolis, Minnesota. 

Elise had two children from her marriage, both daughters. She and her husband welcomed their firstborn on June 25, 1990, and decided to name her AjaBleu Oldham.

Kimberly Elise's Husband Passed Away

After being married for over 15 years, Elise and her husband parted ways and divorced in 2005.

As per her IMDb profile, the divorce was dated September 29, 2005. 

Sadly, two years after their divorce, her ex-husband Maurice passed away.

His obituary stated that he peacefully departed on a Thursday, May 17, 2007. Albeit, the obituary had no mention of a cause of death.

As per MTO news, he died of a "massive blood clot," but other details surrounding the fateful incident have yet to make it to the public eye. 

Kimberly Elise Dating New Boyfriend

The outlet also reported that Elise had been engaged in a few romantic relationships since her husband passed, but none were serious enough to go public with. 

But that was until recently. The report claimed that Elise had a new man in her life.

She is apparently in a relationship with a new boyfriend named Kevin, who is a motivational speaker out of Chicago. 

She has had no mention of her love life on her socials, though. She is mainly involved in evangelism and promoting her own work.
