Kelsey Grammer is a father to seven children from his four different marriages and other relationships.

When talking about fatherhood with People back in 2014, Grammer shared it was an amazing experience welcoming a new member into his family.

“It’s just this overwhelming gratification of being close to life like this,” he said. “It just gives you such hope and joy. I’ve never felt more alive or more serenely happy.”

The actor is a family man and has a great relationship with his children. In fact, many of them are even following in his footsteps.

Here’s a look at his past relationships and his children.

Kelsey Grammer and Doreen Alderman

Grammer got married for the first time in 1982. He and his wife, Doreen Alderman, welcomed their first and only child together, daughter Spencer Grammer, on October 9, 1983.

Like her father, Spencer is also an actress. Throughout the years, she has worked in many TV movies and TV series, including Greek (2007-2011), Ironside (2013), Mr. Robinson (2015), and The Barbarian and the Troll (2021).

Spencer also voiced Summer Smith in the hugely popular animated series, Rick and Morty.

Grammer split with Alderman after eight years of marriage in 1990.

Welcomed Daughter Greer Grammer with Barrie Buckner

Following his split from Alderman, Grammer moved on with Barrie Buckner. While the two never married, they welcomed daughter Greer Grammer on February 15, 1992.

Like Spencer, Greer has also followed in their father’s footsteps. Some of her more notable works are Awkward (2011-2016), The Middle (2016-2017), and Deadly Illusions (2021).

Greer has shown her love for her father on multiple occasions. In June 2021, she posted a picture of herself and her father to wish him a happy Father’s Day.

“Happy Father’s Day to the og KG - I love sharing the same initials (and genes) as you,” she wrote in the captions. “Forever proud to be your daughter.”

Welcomed Two Children with Camille Grammer-Meyer

Grammer split with Buckner the same year she gave birth to Greer. He then tied the knot with Leigh-Anne Csuhany. 

However, their marriage was short-lived, and they completed their divorce in 1993.

Grammer met The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Camille Grammer-Meyer (née Donatacci), in 1996 and they got married in 1997.

Grammer and Camille's marriage lasted until 2011 and during those years, the pair welcomed two children, both born via a surrogate mother.

The older of the two kids, Mason Olivia Grammer, was born on October 24, 2001. She has frequently appeared alongside her mom on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

During his time together with Camille, Grammer also welcomed his first son, Jude Gordon Grammer,  on August 28, 2004.

Though Jude has made a few appearances on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, he has largely remained away from the spotlight.

Kelsey Grammer and Wife Kayte Walsh

Grammer married his current wife, Kayte Walsh, in 2011. The following year, she gave birth to their first child together, daughter Faith Grammer, on July 13, 2012.

Grammar and his wife have since welcomed two more children — son Kelsey Gabriel Elias Grammer (born July 22, 2014) and son Auden James Ellis Grammer (born November 14, 2016).
