Juwan Johnson's wife Chanen Raygoza is undoubtedly one of his biggest supporters.

In October 2020, she was visibly overwhelmed with happiness after learning that her husband was set to play his first NFL game for the New Orleans Saints.

As seen in a viral clip, the wide receiver set up his phone in front of his wife, who was busy on her phone. As he revealed the news to her, she expressed her disbelief at first.

Upon realizing it was the truth, she hugged her spouse, expressing her contentment over his success.

The former Oregon player's debut for the Saints came after spending the first six weeks of the season on the practice squad.

The official announcement came a day before his debut match at the weekend.

The NFL player got his big break after the Saints activated him from the practice squad following injuries to several key players, including Emmanuel Sanders and Michael Thomas.

The football player capped off his first match in 19% of offensive snaps and 27% of special teams snaps against the Carolina Panthers.

Juwan Johnson's Wife Supports His Career

Johnson's signing with the Saints came soon after being projected as a potential late-round draft pick.

The player was offered a three-year deal worth $85,000 with $10,000 in signing bonus.

A former grad transfer from Penn State University, he played eight games as a senior in 2019.

His limited appearance was a result of a lower leg injury. However, Johnson returned to the team against the Duck's on-field encounter against Colorado on October 11.

In his final game for the Oregon-based college team, the wide receiver secured the final first down needed to win the Rose Bowl in January 2020.

He led his team in receiving the Rose Bowl with five receptions for sixty-six yards, including the final twenty-eight-yard reception helping his team win with 28-27.
