Ant-Man star Evangeline Lilly has been with her boyfriend, Norman Kali, since 2010. Together, the pair has welcomed two children together.

Aside from their two kids, Lilly has also previously opened up about wanting to adopt more with her boyfriend.

And though she and her boyfriend have started their own family, the actress says she is not interested in marriage.

When talking to Ocean Drive, Lilly shared she did not believe in marriage and was never interested in them.

“Every other 16-year-old girl wanted to look at bridal magazines; I could not have been more bored with the notion,” she said.

“We [Lilly and Kali] love each other today, and we hope we’ll love each other tomorrow. In my world, I don’t believe in forever promises. I don’t think it’s realistic.”

Who is Evangeline Lilly’s Boyfriend?

Kali is a production assistant who worked in Lost (2008-2009). Some of his other notable works are in North Shore (2004-2005), Undercovers (2010), and The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug (2013).

Lilly has been dating Kali since 2010. And though the two have been in a relationship for over a decade, very little is known about it.

Both Lilly and Kali have kept their personal lives out of the public eye and little is known about it. Even on the rare occasions that she talks about her personal life, Lilly barely brings her boyfriend into the picture.

They Have Two Kids

A year into their relationship, Lilly and Kali welcomed their first child together, son Kahekili, in May 2011.

The couple was highly secretive about the actress’ pregnancy and news of them expecting only spread after she was spotted on a beach in Hawaii sporting a baby bump.

Lilly had previously told Women’s Health about wanting to become a mother. 

“I have always wanted to have a child of my own and I will want to go through that gift that women have been given to experience that,” she said. “So I hope to be a mother at some point.”

The actress had also added that she would allow herself to have one child before opting for adoption since it made sense to not add to the population problem.

Lilly had also shared she originally wanted six kids when talking to Ocean Drive. “I frickin’ love being pregnant. I’m one of the lucky women who just had a blissful pregnancy, but I wanted to adopt four.”

Lilly and her boyfriend welcomed their second child together in October 2015. She noted that her first and second pregnancies were vastly different, as she was off work and had all the time for herself and her baby during her first pregnancy.

However, that wasn’t the case for her second pregnancy as she was busy with work, as well as her four-year-old son, Kahekili.

The actress later revealed she and Kali had kept their baby’s gender as a surprise for the delivery. Their second child was also a son, but the pair have not yet revealed the name of their younger kid.

When talking to People, she had also described herself and Kali as the “laziest parents ever” as they hadn’t prepared any names for their son.
