Esai Morales' Relationship History

Morales has been dating Elvimar Silva since 2010. Their relationship was made public in May 2010, and Morales is understood to be with Silva to date.

As per a report by People, the couple became parents for the first time after the birth of their daughter Mariana Oliveira on September 24, 2010.

Morales was quick to share a few words to express his happiness after his daughter's birth. In a statement released by Morales, the actor said,

I can’t think of another time in my life that I’ve been happier than now. I know it sounds so cliché but we feel incredibly blessed.

In the past, Morales expressed his wish of becoming a father one day, and the actor was hopeful of becoming someone's husband in the future.

Morales' wish of becoming a father came true after the birth of his daughter. However, the secretive actor's married life remains to be unknown.

As of this writing, it is unclear whether the actor is married to his long-time girlfriend Silva, who is assumed to be his girlfriend and not his wife.

The actor also has a dating history prior to Silva. Morales dated his ex-girlfriends, Elizabeth Mazzocchi and Samantha Phillips, during different years.

The actor was perceived to be dating Phillips in 1981. He was then seen dating former girlfriend Mazzocchi between 2006 and 2007.

Shortly after their breakup, Mazzochhi accused Morales of rape.

Rape Allegation from Ex-girlfriend

In 2007, his former girlfriend accused and re-accused the actor of raping her while the two were in a relationship.

Her initial allegation came in July 2007, and on December 28 of the same year, Mazzocchi called a press conference in Los Angeles and re-accused the actor of sexual misconduct.

Mazzocchi also told the reporters present at the conference of her knowledge involving other women who were supposedly the "victims" of Morales in the past.

Per Mazzocchi, her love affair with the actor began in January 2006, and two months later, the two started living together.

While the ex-couple lived under the same roof, Mazzocchi claimed to be "physically and verbally" abused by Morales, causing "brushing and bleeding."

And according to Mazzocchi, on May 19, 2006, Morales held her down forcibly and raped her.

Per New York Daily News, on February 13, 2008, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office rejected Mazzocchi's appeal, citing lack of evidence.
