Domhnall Gleeson has earned stardom through his years of dedication in the acting industry. The son of the famous Irish actor Brendan Gleeson dabbled in Irish TV and movies at the beginning of his career.
In 2010, he got his breakthrough in Hollywood as Bill Weasley in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, part 1 and 2.
Soon, he became a part of critically acclaimed movies such as Ex Machina, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Brooklyn, and the Peter Rabbit movie series.
Gleeson also played Captain Andrew Henry in the Emmy-winning movie, The Revenant. All in all, the 38-year-old has never been short of career-defining projects.
Despite the magnitude of his popularity, he prefers to keep his personal life close to his heart, staying away from social media and publicity. However, there have been rumors he is in a relationship with an Irish movie producer, Juliette Bonass.

Gleeson's dating life rarely makes news on the internet. But, whenever it does, it is with his long-time rumored girlfriend, Bonass. Gleeson and Bonass met at the Dublin Institute of Technology and worked on multiple projects, spurring rumors of their relationship.
On June 11, 2006, the multi-talented actor was spotted planting a kiss on Bonass' cheek at the 60th Annual Tony Awards.
Then in 2015, during an interview with Independent.ie, the movie producer gushed about her collaborations with Gleeson. Admitting that they were close friends, she disclosed she had worked with him for comedy sketches, a couple of shorts, and even charity.
Bonass also mentioned that he had become very successful, clarifying she was thrilled for him. Then she recalled how he was already an actor when they were in their fourth year in the university.
He was concentrating on his studies even while he was working, so fair play to him.
Without hesitation, Bonass heralded Gleeson as a hard-working person and implied that he deserved all his success. A year after the interview, the pair were seen spending quality time at Disneyland on May 27, 2016.
But despite multiple public appearances and fans’ insistence that they are dating, Gleeson and his rumored girlfriend have never addressed the gossips. Nevertheless, the Dublin native has clarified why he prefers privacy in his personal life.
Domhnall Gleeson’s on His Private Dating Life
The Ex Machina actor became candid about his take on relationships in an interview with Washington Post in April 2020.
Despite his celebrity status, the actor shared he found it strange that people wanted to know about his relationships. But, he added, "I also find it odd that I’m quite so defensive about it."
After the statement, Gleeson clarified why he preferred to keep his girlfriends and dating status under the radar.
In his own words, he hated the notion of anybody being defined by anybody else. He mentioned that it happens when one partner is in the public eye, and the other is ordinary.
"Some things are precious," he quipped before wondering why people would share about their personal life. So, if Gleeson is actually dating Bonass or if he decides to get married to a wife, it's possible we might never know.
