David Duchovny's personal life has created a lot of headlines over the years. His marriage with Tea Leoni and how that ended was the talk of the town for a while.

More recently, however, he was back in the dating scene. In 2017, he was dating a girlfriend much younger than him.

But is he still together with the same woman?

David Duchovny's Relationship with Girlfriend Monique Pendleberry

Duchovny was first seen in public with Monique Pendleberry in October 2017. They were seen out for lunch in Vancouver, Canada.

The National Enquirer (via Daily Mail) reported that they were alone for lunch.

The outlet also claimed that Pendleberry's uncle, Dirk Drew, revealed that she had introduced Duchovny to her family. However, she had only introduced him as a friend.

Duchovny frequented SunLife Organics juicery in Los Angeles and met her there before at least June 2017. She worked there at the time.

Further, the couple had traveled together to New York, Malibu, and Canada, but just as friends.

Then, in December, they were again spotted in Vancouver. This time, they spent time together during his break from filming X-Files.

After this, they were spotted together only six months later. This time, they hit a beach in Malibu.

In August 2018, Duchovny and Pendleberry, along with some of their friends, spent time together enjoying the sun.

However, reports about their relationship end here. There have been no further updates on the couple since this.

There is a Twitter account solely dedicated to talking about Duchovny and Pendleberry's relationship. However, that account, too, stopped posting in August 2018.

Their last tweet was on August 26, 2018, where they posted about their spotting in Chicago.

Going through the accounts' posts, it's clear that she used to post about him on her Instagram. She had even called him "my love" at one point on his birthday.

As for now, his Instagram is void of any posts with her. And her account is set to private.

Who Is Monique Pendleberry?

There's not much known about Pendleberry as she came to fame only after becoming Duchovny's girlfriend. According to Daily Mail, she celebrates her birthday on June 25 and is 28 years old as of this writing.

She is a UC Irvine student, stands 5 feet 3 inches tall, and is a former soccer player.

Having previously worked at the juicery, she is now a florist. Her private Instagram bio reveals she is the owner of Sea Lily Malibu, an "eco-friendly floral design boutique with a fresh green approach," based in 6444 Trancas Canyon Road, Malibu, CA.

She also has a public Instagram account, but she only posts pictures of flowers there, presumably to promote her business.

David Duchovny's Marriage and Sex Addiction

Before his relationship with Pendleberry, Duchovny was married to Leoni for many years. They married on May 12, 1997, after dating for just eight weeks.

The former couple has two children together — daughter Madeliene West Duchovny (born on April 13, 1999) and son Lyd Miller Duchovny (born on June 15, 2002).

Their marriage was brought to an end due to his sex addiction. In 2008, Duchovny and Leoni split.

At the same time, he also voluntarily checked into rehab for sex addiction.

Things seemed to get better, and he even reconciled with his wife in 2009. But things were beyond repair for the former couple, and they separated again on June 29, 2011.

He filed for divorce in June 2014, which became official months later. However, they had no hate for one another and were committed to co-parenting as of April 2017.
