Colt McCoy has been married to his wife, Rachel Glandorf, for over a decade. 

One of the best in the American football scene, he is famous for being a quarterback for the Arizona Cardinals in the National Football League (NFL).

Who Is Colt McCoy's Wife, Rachel Glandorf?

Glandorf was a track runner who competed on the field team at Baylor.

The 6ft lean blonde majored in athletic training, leading her to enter college as an accomplished high school athlete.

She has received many accolades as an athlete, like winning the title of Western Slope Sportsman of the Year in basketball and getting awards for races. 

She met McCoy when she was an intern at a local Austin television station: KEYE. She told Dallas News that before the pair went out, Glandorf interviewed him several times.

She had heard rumors he was a "nice guy," but she did not "want to take any chances." The couple was sure to not let their love affair get out to the public.

But this ended as gossip turned to facts after Glandorf was spotted sitting together with McCoy's parents.

Colt McCoy and His Wife's Relationship 

Ever since the pair initially started dating, Glandorf would always ask him to take her to the fields when no one was around. Unfortunately, the NFL player was quick to come up with excuses and decline the request.

One night, when the opportunity struck, Glandorf took the bait and proceeded to follow her soon-to-be husband to the field. There, the Jumbotron was filled and lit with the message of the proposal for marriage. 

The Jumbotron read, "Rachel, I love you! Will you marry me?" Thus, Glandorf went from interviewing the NFL legend to falling in love with him over time and eventually getting proposed in the middle of the field. 

McCoy and his wife got married in a beautiful wedding ceremony. The main colors of the ceremony were navy and white with touches of yellow. 

The bride's dress was a custom ivory gown with hand-embroidered lace and a combination of hand-cut flowers and crystal detailing.

McCoy himself was responsible for designing their wedding ring.

The traditional ceremony of the groom kissing the bride turned into a festive reception at the couple's wedding.

The wedding was held in Texas at a venue of their choice with locally grown food for the reception. 

After the wedding reception, the couple had an amazing honeymoon out in the Bahamas.  

The couple has two beautiful daughters and a son together. Their eldest daughter's name is Sloane, whereas their second daughter's name is Brook Lincoln.

Lincoln was named after the Lincoln Memorial in Washington DC. Their youngest child, a son, was born in 2018 and turned two in the summer of 2021.
