Clayton Echard’s Brothers, Too, Are in the Medical Technology Sector

Clayton Echard became famous through The Bachelorette and so did his brothers. But while he achieved fame because he was a part of The Bachelorette, and later The Bachelor, his brothers became the talk of the town after reportedly approaching Teddi Wright on Instagram.

Teddi never revealed which of Clayton's two brothers did she receive a text from, even when most of the internet demanded she do. This only made the internet search for the Echard siblings.

So who are his brothers? Apparently, they're not so different from him, at least professionally.

Clayton Echard’s Two Brothers — Nate and Patrick Echard

Nate Echard

Nate Echard, whose full name is Nathaniel Echard, is the middle child in the Echard household. Nate was born on February 22, 1995, in Eureka, Missouri, making him two years younger than his older brother, Clayton.

After high school, he attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, getting his Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural and Consumer Economics in 2017. He did his master of science at the same university, getting his MS in Technology Management with a minor in Business in 2018.

Like Clayton, he was also a collegiate athlete and played football for the university from June 2013 to May 2018. However, he did not try for the NFL like his older brother.

Instead, he went straight into a career led by his academics. His first job was as a Contracts Representative at Boeing, starting in August 2018 and ending in June 2021.

Then, he moved to Stryker, fulfilling the role of Associate Mako Product Specialist for the company in the Greater Phoenix Area, Arizona. He worked there from June 2021 to July 2022, after which he made his third career move to Fisher & Paykel Healthcare.

There, he works as a Respiratory Sales Representative.

Nate is definitely the goofier of the three siblings, to which his Instagram is a testament. But he might not actually be the one who slid into Teddi's DMs, seeing how he egged her on to release the name of the one who did.

Patrick Echard

Patrick Echard is the youngest of the three Echard siblings. He was born on May 23, 1997.

The only Echard boy to not try his hand at football, Patrick focused solely on academics and was pretty good at it, too. He achieved high GPA scores at all of his academic levels.

He studied for his bachelor's in health science at the University of Arkansas with a focus on Rehabilitation Sciences from 2015 to 2016. Then, for the rest of his bachelor's level, he studied at the University of Missouri-Columbia, adding psychology as a minor. 

Patrick graduated with a 3.6 GPA in 2019 and went straight to business. After leaving his bartender job at Harpo's Bar & Grill, he joined Aerotek as a Medical Screener on a contractual basis.

Two months later, returned to the food industry for another month, then landed his first major job at Wright Medical in September 2020. In November of that same year, he left for Stryker and is now the Upper Extremities Sales Associate there.

With this, all the Echard boys have worked at Stryker. They also all live in Scottsdale, Arizona as of this writing.

Patrick is the more confident one in the family, and also probably the one who texted Teddi.

Clayton has talked about how Patrick was the first to make comments on his "game" on The Bachelor in many of his interviews.

Further, Patrick even thought he could do better than his oldest brother if he was on the show. And while that might be a theory that could remain untested for a long time, it maybe doesn't hurt anybody to have a bit of confidence.
