Charlie Weber is finding it hard to find the right partner for his life.

But that does not mean that the How to Get Away with Murder star had found no one to love at all. To date, he has been in multiple failed relationships, including his marriage to his former wife, Giselle Weber.

Speaking about that, Charlie and Giselle tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, on April 21, 2015, following their engagement announcement earlier that year in February.

During an appearance on Steve Harvey Show, he revealed he had been in a relationship with Giselle, his longtime girlfriend at the time, and had proposed to her several months ago.

"After we shot the [HTGAWM] pilot in Philadelphia, I came home and proposed to my girlfriend," he told Steve Harvey. "I did it. We've been engaged for just under a year, and I'm taking her to Bora Bora."

The actor later admitted that he had never spoken publicly about his then-girlfriend or his personal life ever before.

Charlie Weber Divorced His Wife within a Year

A report by E! News in March 2016 revealed that Charlie and his former wife, Giselle, decided to end their relationship. They had been married for only nine months.

The actor reportedly filed for dissolution of marriage, citing "irreconcilable differences" in Los Angeles Superior Court on February 23, 2016.

In addition, the court documents stated that the pair had a prenup, which was agreed upon on April 17, 2015.

No further details about the divorce or the actor's ex-wife have been made public afterward.

Charlie Weber Later Dated Co-Star Liza Weil

After separating from his wife, Charlie dated his HTGAWM co-star Liza Weil, an actress best known for her starring role as Paris Geller in the WB/CW comedy-drama series Gilmore Girls and its Netflix revival series Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life.

The actor eventually spoke about his relationship with her during a conversation on the Allegedly with Theo Von & Matthew Cole Weiss podcast on July 5, 2017.

"We're very like-minded when it comes to our approach to acting," he said about dating his co-star. "We're two actors who are very dedicated to what they do and have a very easy time separating who we are and who we are as characters."

He then shared that their relationship developed "naturally" while on set.

"We were great friends and we found ourselves in a position to be more than that," he added. "You spend a lot of time [together] and we, I very much enjoyed spending time away from work and so it all just kind of came together like that … I'm very happy."

Before the start of the relationship, Liza had also ended her nearly ten years of marriage with actor Paul Adelstein in April 2016.

However, the relationship between Charlie and Liza didn't go the distance as well, as they reportedly broke up in February 2019.

Charlie is now private about his love life, keeping his fans unaware if he is together with someone.

Meanwhile, he is also a father to an around 17-year-old daughter, whom he welcomed with an undisclosed partner before marrying his former wife Giselle.
