Throughout the years, comedian Bert Kreischer has gone on multiple weight loss challenges. Though he has achieved impressive results most times, he puts the weight right back because of his drinking habits.

In a recent episode of 2 Bears, 1 Cave, Kreischer and Nadav agreed to become diet accountability buddies to lose some weight. Kreischer also shared with Tom Segura why he wanted to put in more effort to lose weight, saying he was tired of being fat.

Kreischer said that he had put on so much weight, he had outgrown his mouth.

I outgrew my mouth. My mouth when I was younger was humongous. And then I got so fat that now it’s this tiny little [expletive] mouth. I ******* hate my ******* face. Do you know what it’s like to look in the mirror?

Kreischer set his ideal weight to be 225 pounds by the time he was done with this weight loss effort. The least he had weighed in recent years was 229 pounds when he had another go at weight loss in October 2019.

To ensure that both Kreischer and Nadav would be on course to lose weight, the two agreed to text and send photos of their food to each other. The pair will also do intermittent fasting and have all their meals between 2 pm and 10 pm.

Bert Kreischer's Previous Weight Loss Challenge

This isn't the first time Kreischer has attempted to lose weight. Back in 2017, the comedian had competed against Segura to see who could lose the most weight. The challenge came about after Segura, and his wife Christina Pazsitzky pointed out that Kreischer's belly looked like that of Gerard Depardieu.

The couple then spurred their fans to bombard Kreischer's Twitter with tweets asking why he was so fat. Eventually, Kreischer and Segura began their weight loss challenge on the Joe Rogan Experience.

The loser of the challenge had to pay for the winner's trip to any place he chose. The loser also had to shave their beard.

Later, down the road, Ari Shaffir made the challenge more interesting. He agreed to pay for both Kreischer's and Segura's trips if they got their BMI out of the obese category.

The duo achieved the challenge, and Shaffir had to pay for both their trips. In the end, Segura came out on top after losing six more pounds compared to Kreischer.

Bert Kreischer's Weight Loss Over The Years

Though Kreischer underwent an extreme weight loss transformation during the challenge, he put it back on rather quickly. It was also just one of the many attempts the comedian had made to get fitter.

Kreischer weighed about 215 pounds when he was 40 years old but put on a lot of weight after hosting the third season of Travel Channel's Trip Flip. By the time he was done with the show, he had weighed 240 pounds, and it went further up after he got injured during a game of tag football.
