British pop singer Anne-Marie has enjoyed huge success thanks to her stream of chart-topping hits such as ‘Ciao Adios’ and ‘2002.’

She has also been nominated for multiple BRIT Awards and collaborated with the likes of Clean Bandit and renowned DJ and producer Marshmello

Since then, she has become known to fans of The Voice as a judge and mentor alongside Will.i.am, Olly Murs, and Tom Jones.

But what about the singer’s life away from the limelight? Is she dating anyone?

The singer does not divulge information about her private life, but on rare occasions, she has revealed a little about her love life.

Sitting down with the Confidential on Nova radio show, she admitted she was dating someone.

However, she did not divulge the identity of her partner, whom she had been with for two years.

“I can’t say because he is well known. He’s in music. I can’t tell you. I honestly can’t.” said Anne-Marie.

Her scandalous hit single ‘Do It Right,’ which was about falling in lust with someone, was inspired by her mysterious boyfriend.

And if the lyrics “And there’s never been a human being so good for me,” is anything to go by, it sounded like the hitmaker was deeply in love.

Anne-Marie and Her Cheating Exes

In 2016, she released ‘Ciao Adios’ with lyrics like “You say she’s just a friend now. Then why don’t we call her?” It was an ode to a cheating ex.

It is unconfirmed if the song was about her mysterious partner she was dating, but she did mention that he played the guitar in the song, which coincides with Anne-Marie revealing he was a musician.

And then, in 2018, while speaking about ‘Ciao Adios,’ she told Harper’s Bazaar that when she was young and cheated on, she did not leave the relationship immediately.

But now that she was older, she was different. That same year, she released her album Speak Your Mind and told E! Online that she had too many bad exes.

“I didn’t want to just have an album about bad ex-boyfriends—which I’m great at writing about because I have had a lot of them,” said Anne-Marie.

Anne-Marie's Sexuality

One song included in her Speak Your Mind album was ‘Perfect.’

The song touched on body positivity, beauty standards, and gender-less love.

Anne-Marie implied gender wasn’t important to her when dating with one particular line — “And I’ll love who I want to love, ‘cause this love is gender-free.”

She later confirmed her statement during an interview with The Line of Best Fit, revealing she was bisexual.

She admitted she was attracted to both men and women but didn’t ascribe to a specific label because she never felt the need to tell anyone about her sexuality.

“I don’t feel like I am [bisexual]. I just feel like I’m attracted to who I like. I honestly feel like everyone is like that,” said Anne-Marie.
