After moving to Oklahoma for studies, her big break in basketball took place when she was named 2001 and 2002 Big 12 Conference Player of the Year. She was Oklahoma’s first player to record 1,700 points, 600 rebounds, and 700 assists.

Stacey Dales Was Once Married To Her Long-Time Boyfriend From Oklahoma

Moving on to the NFL staple reporter’s love life, she was once married to University of Oklahoma alumnus husband Chris Schuman.

After dating her long-time boyfriend for years, she preceded her bond of love into marriage on 13 April 2002 at Oklahoma City. When asked in an interview with WNBA (2002) about her new marital life she said:

Married life is wonderful and it's everything I hoped it would be.

But her perception of marriage soon changed when the couple divorced in 2005 for some undisclosed reason. After a year, when asked about her divorce by NewsOk, she replied:

Marriage is the most difficult thing I've ever done. I'm very private. I won't get into any details.

It’s sad to see how a broken relationship changed her perception of marriage life from ‘wonderful to difficult.’ We hope she finds someone who will restore her faith in marriage and love again!
