The frequent television guest star Tanner Buchanan is popularly known for his roles on series such as Grey’s Anatomy and Major Crimes.

Besides her professional aspect, the California native Tanner, who gained fame to Disney channel viewers as Charlie Gardner in Girl Meets World, has finally found the perfect love of his life in an actress.

Tanner Buchanan’s Bio

Tanner was born on 8 December 1998 to parents Steve and Marlona Buchanan in Burbank, California. He shared his childhood with his sister who goes by the name Marrae Prowant.

As a youngster, he had a keen interest in dancing and even studied dance at Centre Stage Dance Academy in Ottawa, OH. 

He attended the Glandorf Elementary and got his acting related training from Edge Performing Arts Center and Huckleberry Friends Production in 2009.

Tanner, who stands at a considerable height of 1.74 meters (5 feet 9 inch), moved from Ohio to Los Angeles with his family at the tender age of 9 to mark his acting skills in the film industry, and it didn’t take him long to do so. He descended his first professional gig in a minor role on Modern Family in 2010.

Tanner never had to look back after Modern Family; the minor roles kept on coming, and later in 2013, he made his feature-film debut in Jake Squared as a supporting actor.

After the debut, Tanner has placed himself as a mature actor in the film industry and has been a part of many hit short films. He made his LA stage debut at the Geffen in 2015 opposite Josh Stamberg in The Power of Duff.

Tanner's role as Leo Kirkman in ABC network's television series "Designated Survivor" gained him appreciation and success in the industry with recurring roles in its second season in 2018.

As of 2018, Tanner portrays Robby Keene, one of the most important characters in American comedy-drama web television series, Cobra Kai.

After the 10 episode run of the successful American comedy-drama web series Cobra Kai based on The Karate Kid film series, which premiered its last episode on May 2, 2018, is all set to return with a new season in early 2019 with Tanner Buchanan playing Robby, a Cobra Kai recruit.

Talking about his future endeavors, he is all set to portray the role of Colton in the upcoming 2019 movie "Chance" directed by John B. Crye co-starring Matthew Modine and Amanda Leighton.

Besides acting and modeling, Tanner is also an avid musician and enjoys singing and playing the piano and guitar.

Lizze also revealed that the feeling of love is mutual between them as she too is in immense love with her boyfriend. She shared a series of video of them on her Instagram having a loving dance on a boat, which Tanner shared accompanied by an image on his Instagram.
