Kate Bolduan Faces Hard Time Talking About Late CNN Colleague Anthony BourdainÂ
The ever-smiling TV presenter had her world turned dark after the news about the death of celebrity chef and host of CNN culinary program Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown, Anthony Bourdain's filtered through the media.Â
The celebrity chef, who committed a suicide on 8 June 2018 was a perfect friend and a colleague of Kate Bolduan.
In a video posted by Global News on 8 June 2018, Kate was seen with a nostalgic tone and recalling her days with Anthony. The forty-second video shows what Anthony meant to hear as the journalist tries to hold back her tears when she talked about him. She remembered how open Anthony was to her when it came to his drug struggles and life.
During the short conversation, she was overwhelmed by emotions and had a hard time talking about him. She recalled an incident where Anthony every time walked out of the set; she would shout at him saying:
In my next life, I’m coming back as Anthony Bourdain
She ended the interview with a sad feeling and described her shock about the tragic death adding she had not been able to come to terms with his death.Â
