Shortly after revealing he was the owner of Skinwalker Ranch, the History documentary The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch kicked off. The show explored the mysterious stories surrounding the property while trying to examine them scientifically.

Fugal And ‘The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch’

Skinwalker Ranch is a 512-acre property in Utah’s Uintah Basin. It is one of the most popular hotspots for UFO sightings and paranormal stories.

Until 2016, the ranch belonged to aerospace billionaire Robert Bigelow.

Fugal first visited the ranch in 2010 when he and several other investors launched a project to test gravitational physics theories involving exotic propulsion and renewable energy.

Though the project was a failure, he met several scientists who introduced him to Bigelow.

The real estate mogul purchased the property in 2016 in order to investigate the unexplainable phenomenon that has been reported in the ranch for over two centuries.

When talking to Vice, Fugal opened up regarding his decision to reveal his identity as the owner of Skinwalker Ranch. He understood the property’s significance as an important place for studying unexplained phenomena.

Fugal also clarified his intention to never monetize the property, saying it was for serious scientific investigation only.
