Brad Pitt has received massive success in his professional life, but the same cannot be said for his relationships. He has dated many actresses over the year including Gwyneth Paltrow, Jill Schoelen, Juliette Lewis and got married to two actresses — Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie.

Pitt is currently fighting a messy custody battle with Angelina Jolie. The Maleficent star filed for divorce from Pitt in 2016 citing "irreconcilable differences." The duo shares six children — Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, and twins Vivienne and Knox.

Amidst the court drama, Pitt is currently rumored to be dating Swedish singer-songwriter Lykke Li. However, neither of them have confirmed their romance.

Here are some facts about the Swedish singer and songwriter Li who is Pitt's alleged girlfriend.

Lykke Li’s Childhood and Parents

Li was born on March 18, 1986, in Ystad, Sweden, to a photographer mother and a singer father. Her full name is Li Lykke Timotej Zachrisson, but she goes by her stage name, Lykke Li. Her family moved a lot when she was a kid, so Li had a multi-cultural upbringing.

They moved from Stockholm to Portugal when Li was six years old. Similarly, they have also lived in Morocco, Lisbon, and India. Li moved to Brooklyn when she was 19 for three months and came back when she was 21 to start her career.

Li was born into a musical family. Her father, Johan Zachrisson, who goes by the name of Zilverzurfarn, is a guitarist and singer of Dag Vag, a Swedish punk-reggae band. After giving birth to her son, Li felt like her music career was over. In 2018, she told The Guardian how she was frustrated because of the emotional turmoil she was experiencing, and it gave birth to self-doubt. Even though she was creative and loved what she did, it wasn't easy with Dion around.

Li defined her early motherhood days as “psychedelic.” She was shoved out of the limelight, contrary to the father of her child. As a result, her ego was utterly broken, and she started doubting herself repeatedly.

I was totally only a baby momma to them. Especially in this town. It becomes a big stigma, like: ‘Oh, you have a baby–OK, bye.'

She also did not appreciate the different treatment men and women got in the industry. Bhasker was able to work immediately after Dion and even won Grammy’s for the Producer of the Year in 2016. Regardless, Li pushed through and released her fourth studio album in 2018.

Lykke Li Wears Many Hats

Li is not only a singer but also a designer. She has designed for H&M’s sister label & Other Stories. She worked on monochromatic womenswear as a capsule collection for the brand. She called her designs the “Nomad” collection.

She has also starred in a short video for Gucci. It was for their Spring/Summer 2015 collection, which featured her song, ‘Just Like a Dream.’ She has also acted in the Swedish crime film Tommy
